  • Conveniently located, I frequent this location on a regular basis. Of course there's great deals - this place saves me a lot of money. But the reason this is my favourite Dollar Tree, is Austin. He works during the busy time, often alone (even with other employees around). He never grimaces when someone pulls up with a cart that's overflowing. He looks his customers in the eye and personally connects with each one of them!! He's able to take chaos and being pulled in multiple directions at the same time ~ with Grace and poise. I'm not sure what the management dynamics are that he works under. But I won't be at all surprised if one day a Servant such as Austin Moves All the Way to the Top ~ in whatever he does!! Your Deeds do not go un-noticed by Your Happy Customers!!!
