  • I've been coming here for years!! Jamie (the old owner) was fabulous. This new owner seems to only know how to groom big dogs. She has no personality and over charged me twice, I asked her why it's more expensive and she told me it was because I was a new client. Lol. Look at your damn computer. I've been here before you owned the place. One of the techs cut my dogs dual claw. If you checked the computer or my pups foot, you would know there is a dual claw. 1st time this happened in 4 years. It's sad that such a great place went so far down hill. I gave them chance after chance to make it right but my pup comes out looking like a damn short haired fox. They do not know what a teddy bear face is. I've explained it and they say ok, but don't do it. Don't take small dogs here. Jamie I miss you and wish you still ran the shop.
