  • I think that I made an impression of some sort. When I returned the replacement car (that was smaller) I went straight to the main desk and asked for the manager. Luckily, they weren't busy. He came out, I calmly explained what had happened and asked that I not pay for the entire rental. He agreed and comped my rental except the taxes (about 80bucks). I did walk away a happy camper and would probably rent from Dollar again but maybe opnot this location just to be on the safe side.
