  • Honestly I haven't been to a Harkins in a while. I came here for the first time in about 1-2 years because I got a gift card this past Christmas. The customer service is great, friendly and helpful employees which makes the experience better. The theaters haven't been updated though so the seats arent very comfortable and you can't pick the actual seat you sit in which is a bummer unlike where you can at AMC. Overall, if I had a choice I would pick AMC over Harkins because of the theatre experience.
