  • I went to the Phoenix Home Show last week and scheduled an appointment for Shasta to come out and give me an estimate for a new pool. The appointment was for 9 am this morning. At 9:40 I called their office and cancelled. If they can't keep an appointment schedule how the hell are they ever going to get a pool done on time. I have other pool companies I can call.
