I enjoyed this place a lot. I did the Diamond Heist room and it was nicely done. We got out with plenty of time to spare and they seemed quite surprised that we were able to complete it without a hint (we're offered 3 hints).
Location: I actually walked right past it the first time. The door's a little hidden because it shares the same entrance as a restaurant next door. And then there's a dark stairwell leading up to their brightly lit lobby.
Staff: They were friendly and nice. The gentleman who helped explain the safety video and objects in the room was very enthusiastic.
Room: It was a fun room! The plot of the room is self explanatory, you're there for a diamond heist (duh!). I don't want to give too much away, but the room was definitely doable with a smaller group; we had five and it seemed a little crowded at times. I think the magical number would have been four people. The only criticism I'll say is you could be at a slight disadvantage due to your body type which seems a little unfair but unfortunately I have no suggestions on how to correct that without making it a lot easier. Regardless, it didn't make or break our ability to finish the room.
Overall, a great place for beginners and veterans of escape rooms!
