  • We stayed here in late October while my husband attended a conference. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. The all-suite setup is great; it made our week-long stay with two babies under the age of two much easier. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Montreal adjacent to Notre Dame cathedral and a stones throw from shopping, dining and souvenir shops. Also, the caleches (carriage ride tours) start their loop right in front of the cathedral. The concierge service is superb! They recommended local restaurants where we could done with our two infants and even local spots that would deliver. They also helped us with arranging a trip to the biodome and taxi service. Alain was extra helpful on our last day. I had checked out and the valet was holding our bags, while I walked our children around the neighborhood and my husband finished up at his conference. We received word that our flights home had been cancelled! I came back to the hotel and the concierge Alain gave me a list of local car rental agencies and helped me call them. He actually found one that had car seats and U.S. drop off for $100 less than the ones I called. He took the stress out of this last-minute hiccup in our plans. I don't know when we will return to Montreal but when we do, we will definitely stay at Le Saint Suplice Hotel.
