The worst experience of my life. We ordered a full size mattress and box spring for our 2 1/2 year old since she is a tall toddler and too big for her crib-
Well when it was delivered, the mattress, a Beautyrest, was buckled all around the plush-top and also one side, has an overhang/sagging way about it. The box spring is so large that when topped with the mattress, it covers most of our baby's head/footboard. When I called the other Huntersville store, across the street, the salesperson told me she would call right back- she never did return my call, so I called back again. She told me I would owe another $87 for changing out the box spring? What? Are you serious?
Come get this junky mattress out, how about that. So then I talk to the district manager early on in the early afternoon and he said there's nothing he could do about it tonight and that my two-year-old would just not have to sleep on the bed and it's tough luck basically! They are the worst mattress company ever. There are like 50 mattress companies near me and I happened to choose the crappiest one!
Nobody has helped, cared or called back!
