  • This is a great, well-maintained, public golf course in Solon. This is not "that easy" of a course though. All the hazards are on the right, so man, you can get caught in the weeds in hole #8, or hit the ball onto Pettibone road right at hole #1. Then there's that small lake that's like black hole for golf balls in one of the early holes. Then there's these very long par 5's that will require you to use fairway woods. What I can say is that this course if fun, even if it drives me crazy (crazier) sometimes. The practice facilities are awesome. There's a driving range that can accommodate tons of people. A practice putting green and approach shot area. Prices are affordable. The clubhouse sells great burgers and hotdogs as well as flaming cheetos. Golf does not have to be expensive. This is a golf course for the rest of us.
