  • Ulta is an okay store in general but the Ulta at the Waterfront is pathetic. Many items are out of stock, the perfume selection is primarily made up of celebrity fragrances and the salespeople may as well not exist. As for the salon, I can't comment on the quality of the cuts or color. I made an appointment (with Karen), arrived 5 minutes early and she was half way through cutting another client's hair. I was invited to wander around the store while waiting to be seen. 30 minutes later (25 minutes after my appointment) the stylist was putting foils into her client's hair. Needless to say, I walked out.
