  • The customer service at this Petsmart is awful! The only pro about this Petsmart is the new renovations. I go to this pet smart because it's close to my home. My last visit to this pet smart was very uneasy though... I saw the cats at the front of the store and I noticed one of the cats nose was dirty and had some sort of liquid coming out of it. I immediately told the cashier and she gave me a blank stare!!!!! And said "OH" .... my heart was broken for the cat because I have cats of my own and I would hate to see my cats in that kind of condition. Does this Petsmart even care about their animals ??? I'm super concerned about the cats at this location. I understand that they're at the front of the store in their cages because you want them to be adopted but can't you guys have some sort of compassion for these animals??? It made me sick that this sale associate didn't care at all about the cat. Please Petsmart have sale associates that have compassion for animals.
