  • I've been here twice in the last 6 months, each time to set up new phones on new accounts. Eric and the rest of the team have been very helpful and not at all pushy. I greatly appreciate the respect with which they treat their customers - they listen, directly answer your questions, and don't try to oversell. I've been to other Verizon stores in the valley and none have this quality of reps.
