I used to enjoy coming here for lunch and dinner with the wife. But the last few times have left a bitter taste in my mouth about the service and the owner John, also chef. You will wait a long while before getting a server to come by to order your drink, especially at night. By the time your first plate comes to you after waiting an hour, God forbid if it comes out wrong ! Chef John is not going to come out and apologize and neither will the waiter. First time is ok, second time is questionable, but three times is a definite job to you and a don't bother going back again. Waiters can care less about you if using a Groupon voucher because they will add their 18% tip no matter what and hope you tip them additionally. Don't bother leaving remarks on Facebook cuz you'll be deleted immediately by the owner. So the bottom line is, don't complain about your food and try to send it back because it will come back 30 minutes later and probably has been spit on.
