  • I posted my first 5-star review shortly after I moved in 1.5 years ago and clearly am still beyond satisfied with living here! The location of the complex is prefect, as your close to so many great attractions and can easily get all around the greater Phoenix area. I love the layout of my 2-bedroom apartment with it's openness and up-to-date features. Both the front office and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and prompt to respond with any requests and/or questions. It is so refreshing knowing that when I walk into the office to collect a package or pick up the latest magazines available for free, I am greeted by my first name! Special kudos to Jessica H. and Mirta P. for their excellent service and devotion to ensuring the happiness of their renters! The amenities available onsite are top-notch with a gorgeous & well-cared for pool, volleyball court, modern & updated lounge featuring a full kitchen for use, a huge movie theatre, spacious gym and outdoor grills located throughout the complex for resident's use. There have been no issues or concerns that have prevented me from happily renewing my lease and I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone!
