I cannot even begin to describe the frustration I have towards this bank. 10 months ago I began the process of pointing out to the branch manager that the ATM's were malfunctioning. She told me that's not possible, they are new. I emailed her several pics reflecting the down machines. No response. After being forced to return to the branch multiple times a day and expressing my frustration to the team i am throwing in the towel. I am moving my money and business to Wells Fargo. The branch has said they have escalated the problem and there's nothing more they can do. They asked me to call the corporate number and help. WTF, I have enough to do without doing your job. If a branch manager is for one not aware and two cannot remedy the situation, I have zero confidence leaving my money and future with this bank.
