  • The good: 7am appts, uncrowded upscale service area, short list of recommendations, nice staff. The bad: was told oil change would take 45 minutes, I was there 1.5 hours and was late to work. The service area was nearly empty, I am not sure why I was there so long. I am always told by multiple mechanics that I need a CV boot and it was not mentioned here. I really wanted to like this service dept as I hate Arrowhead Honda, but unfortunately, the jury is out on this service dept.
