| - I am currently sitting in the lobby embarrassed, covered in sweat, and holding my pile of dirty dry cleaning as customers walk by. This is my third trip to the service department in two weeks for a problem I asked them to address the first time. I brought my car for an oil change and informed them the blower motor was making bad buzzing noises and the air pressure was fluctuating dramatically. They told me it was the right temperature and ignored everything else I mentioned. After having someone else drive my car, they suggested something was wrong with my air again. We hit a speed bump and suddenly the air conditioner came on at full speed. Driving home that night, we would slow down and the air would too. Frustrated that I am now, as cliche as this sounds, sitting in a hot car in Arizona in the middle of June, with little to no air conditioning, I scheduled an appointment to go in the next day again. After having my car for 5 hours, they told me they couldn't recreate the issue and therefore, couldn't "fix" my problem. I never received a call back until I followed up with them. This was after their shuttle driver was off so I now had to pay a Lyft to take me back to the dealership. Today I got in my car after a long day of work, and I had no air conditioning at all. I drove the car straight to the dealership and they did not even offer a temporary form of transportation. I will definitely be going to Earnhardt from now on.
