  • This grocery store is brilliant. You see, they set your expectations really low by putting "No Frills" in really big letters out front. And if you have ever been to other stores like this, you would definitely be anticipating a lacklustre experience. But then... Just when you least expect it... You are embarking on a pleasant and truly enjoyable shopping experience. You walk up to the door and an ominous voice welcomes you to the store! (Was that a frill?) Then you look at rows of beautiful, fresh and well priced produce. (You may run outside again to make sure you are in the right place, and you hear that voice again with the welcome) If the fruits and veggies don't inspire you, to cook at home, the meat department is always fresh and very good quality as well. There is a good selection of dairy and non dairy milks. (Cashew and almond and coconut, oh my!) Lots of grains in the form of breads and other snacks. (For the gluten tolerant) And usually there are plenty of sale items in every aisle. This place has almost everything. It is clean, the prices are great, and the staff are friendly and expedient This is now officially my favourite grocery store. No Frills? I'll let you be the judge!
