  • This place is awful. I first went to arrowhead location but their computer was down so they sent me to Glendale. I was told wait would be up to 55 mins but I ended up waiting straight up 2 hours when they announced that their X-ray machine overheated and suggested I return the next day (Saturday) but to call first. Only problem is, they don't answer the phone on Saturday. I ended up going to desert ridge on Monday. Better experience but X-ray table couldn't be lowered so patient has to pole vault while in pain to get on it. Tech said it needs a part but hasn't been fixed. Miserable experience with simonmed overall and I will never, EVER, use them again. They have no respect for their customers.
