  • Cauliflower wings are all they are stacked up to be - amazing flavor and texture. We also ordered the bahn mi and there was something a little off / fishy for our taste (and that comes from 2 former pescatarians). I couldn't put my finger on it because the tofu was perfect but it must have been a sauce we weren't fans of. The apple crumble was also pretty good. It was more apple than crumble though, and even though it came out on a mini skillet it was just like warm which was disappointing. The apples didn't really caramelize for that reason so it felt like the skillet was just for presentation. We will definitely come back and try more things next time we are in Vegas.
