1. I live downtown. This theater is in walking distance. There is seriously nothing more convenient than that.
2. A semi-deserted theater is a good theater in my mind. That means less people talking in a movie, less people waiting in line to see said movie, less annoying teenagers trying to look cool while a mob of them all waits in the "teen area" for their parents to pick them up and, lastly, practically a guarantee that you'll get a good seat.
3. This is a movie theater, therefore they show MOVIES. Hence, there's no reason to go to the suburbs if I want to watch a movie. BONUS!
4. Has anyone else noticed the "no balloons" sign? It cracks me up everytime.
