  • Four months. After FOUR. MONTHS. of playing 'phone tag', getting VM's and callbacks from Nevada Ortho staff about making an appointment with Dr. Yu, only to call back and be directed to his voice mailbox AGAIN, I get told YESTERDAY that since it's been over three months, the results for all of the pre-op testing I did are now OBSOLETE, and must be done...AGAIN. Great. I'll be doing it from scratch...but whoever will be performing the surgery won't be anybody HERE. For me, that was the last straw.
