  • I got a car wash with wax and when I got home it looked like some of the wax had stuck on. I tried to get it off with hot water and when that didn't work I went back. They were happy to run the car through and take it to detail, so the customer service there was good, however, the car came back and the paint was all tarnished where the wax had been, which was the whole rear passenger side. They said they tried and had never seen anything like it, and they couldn't fix it and sent me on my way. My paint job on my car is ruined thanks to this place.
