I find it hard to believe that an internet company, won't allow you to pay your internet bill online, or when using automated phone payment, it won't accept payment. Every month I must call during business hours and talk to an actual person to pay my internet bill. Ridiculous! Is this how they secure employment by forcing you to talk to a real person, that should have been replaced by a computer back in the 90's? Moving soon to another area that is not monopolized by an antiquated system.
