I am a relatively new owner of a bearded dragon. I visited the store on Dysart and McDowell and was again disappointed. I went in at about 8:50 on Monday night and had a few questions about my bearded dragon that my son and I absolutely love. Not to familiar with brumation and was hoping to get a little info on what to do and get some crickets which they always seem to be out of. They were out again and most of the time half dead anyway. I asked a lady if she could help me and she stated she was in grooming and would find someone. I waited and nobody came . Most employees were more concerned about closing and the cashier just like last time I was there was in some kind of disagreement with a customer. A tall colored girl who told me last time that the amount of crickets marked on the bag could not possibly be right and had to go ask someone else. She is the rudest thing I've come across in a long time. I have alot of experience in customer service and this is was pathetic to say the least. I left with no answers and no crickets. It might seem petty, but for the employees to have not an ounce of concern or any customer service skills is beyond me. I know one measly person will not have an effect on this business but negative word of mouth travels alot further than positive. I will leave one star for the nice lady who walked me out the door without even a goodnight.
