  • I moved in January and so far it has been very unpleasant. Unfortunately my lease is a year so yea... in the first couple of weeks I got my door egged and I notified the office. No one ever came to wash my door I had to do it myself. Also they had promised me someone was getting hired to pick up my trash which was one of the biggest highlights for me because I am a single mother but til this day I'm having to take my trash out on my own. Also there was service patrol and no longer that which that's how someone was able to egg 2 cars here and my door. I still have no remote to enter the complex. I wasn't receiving my mail someone else was receiving my mail in their mailbox. I got 4 screws in one tire since living here mind that I have never even gotten a nail in my tire and unfortunately due to my car I had to change all for tires. The staff kept promising me things would happen in a week and it's been 1month and a half going on 2 months. I'm very disappointed and I probably next time will not move in to a new complex that are not even situated and wouldn't recommend anyone to move here until maybe in a year when things are actually being fulfilled as promised
