  • Brand new location, easy month-to-month storage, very clean, professional, convenient location (Greenfield & Baseline). The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the hidden fees and extras that aren't clearly laid out on the website. Firstly, they require you to buy insurance (starting at $11). Second, initiation fee. I've never been a fan of businesses that have an initiation fee (like gyms, which will usually wave the fee if you heckle them) but they do, so be ready to pay. Third, you have to buy a special lock. Luckily I had my own cylinder lock from a previous storage unit, otherwise I would have had to pay an additional $20 (bringing your start up total to nearly $60 after tax), despite the "***$1 pays first months rent***"promotion.
