I had only been to this establishment with friends late at night and under the influence. I decided to come during normal hours and at dinner time with sobriety. The service is slow but when there are only 2 people to serve the whole restaurant, both of which are probably well within retirement age, speed isn't a request that is easily accommodated.
The food was average at best. Normal unseasoned American fare with a small twist: diner style food with restaurant atmosphere.
Vicci was pleasant, much like visiting your friends grandma. I food appreciate the prices which match the food and service. It's true you get what you pay for.
I'll stick to coming after hours with friends and intoxication.
