  • I recently purchased a used Prius up in Scottsdale, picking it up from the seller on a Saturday morning. Right Toyota was nearby so on the off chance that their service department was open I drove over to see if I could a mechanic to look the car over for any problems before I drove it home. The place was packed, I couldn't believe how busy they were. And yes, the service department was open so I went in and asked one of their reps (Roger, I believe) if they could squeeze me in for an inspection. Long story short, they got me in within a hour. Turned out there were some things that needed to be fixed. When the dust settled a couple hours later I drove off a seriously satisfied (new) customer. This is a big dealership, super clean, obviously well run, and lots of friendly employees. Roger, the service writer I dealt with, is a gem -- ask for him if you ever go in this place for service. It's nice to have something positive to say about a new-car dealer. Usually they're a disappointment.
