| - Don not stay here!! The room is clean, though they don't clean daily, but everything else is terrible. I can tell you what tv shows the people on either side of me were watching last night as the walls are paper thin. I am from NY, and accustomed to noise, but it was very loud this morning-could clearly hear every door close, suitcase roll by on the tile cracks and conversation. Plus, because I had the misfortune of facing the breakfast area, I was awoken at 6 am daily to a woman loudly filling trays of ice from the machine and preparing for breakfast with no effort to contain the noise-even after politely being asked. For around the same money, I suggest the Ramada next door where I stayed last time and had a far better experience.
Also note, check in is at 4-and not one minute before. Waiting area filled with people waiting for rooms. Even though check out was at noon, apparently not one room is clean yet-20 minutes before 4. I understand that the room is not guaranteed until 4, but usually if you arrive at 11, places will let you know when a room is available. Not here. No one gets a room until 4 as there is no way for the front desk to know what rooms are clean before this. They offer no apologies and just keep pointing out that the room isn't guaranteed until 4. Technically, yes. But from a customer service perspective? Every other hotel has figure out a better system. After a long flight leaving early in the morning, the last thing you want to do is spend 5 hours killing time before you can check in.
