  • Normally I get service done often at Kia for oil changes and whatnot. I usually have awesome service and everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment today and the gentleman I spoke over the phone with was rude and had a very poor bedside manner. I understand if you don't have the ability to schedule something last minute but Steven needs better customer service skills.ds
