  • I have never had Pho and decided today was the day to give it a try. Viet Kitchen is nearby and had received a lot of positive reviews on Yelp. I decided on the House Pho which consisted of thinly sliced rare beef, broth, noodles and your typical pho garnishing. I enjoyed the taste of the pho but thought the beef was a little tough. I also decided on the takeout option, I wonder if it would've been better if I dined in. I will go to Viet Kitchen again but try something different and use the dine-in option.
