  • Over-all my experience at this venue was not the best with the following factors: customer service not great, value for the money not good, language barrier, and prices seemed to be OK. I took m'lady and I to this venue to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. When we go to the couples massage room we were getting massaged in, we found it to be a tad noisy as the are to the front desk was open above the extremely darkened glass, and the noisier environment continued throughout our massages.Also, the massage m'lady had increased pressure level after confirming that pressure was OK, making m'lady extremely uncomfortable. They started late and finished on time, even though we arrived early. The signage in terms of their papers advertising their services was mostly not in English, so we were unable to determine details such as what prices refer to what services. All-in-all, I wouldn't return to this venue.
