Has to be the worst run company in America in my opinion. Ordered a bed on Nov 28th and as of Jan 28th, no bed. They have showed up at my house 3 times already and each time the order was not complete. The hold times to get ahold of customer service average 45 minutes each time you call. That is not an exaggeration. Sleep Number runs the customer service and delivery departments like two separate companies that don't communicate and can't transfer calls between departments. I would avoid at all costs.
