  • Management changed. Avoid like the plague. Got a letter in the mail saying we owe them $381 because our cats peed on the carpet. No. After our ceiling leaked onto our carpet from our neighbor above us they never came and cleaned the carpets which continued to stink but Tina who was there before the change, and awesome, knew about this and did a walk-through and said all we'd need to worry about was making sure to scrub the white base boards cause they had cat hair on them. I had the carpet cleaned before I left as well. We even paid the full months rent, left on August 16th which gave them extra time to turn the apartment. Got a call on Sept 5th asking if we were going to pay rent. Come to find out the good management that was there was gone. Also have heard from other neighbors that were there that things have started going downhill.
