Buyer beware Phoenix! I recently hired 1st USA Carpet Cleaning service to steam clean my entire home and clean a sofa and love seat. The representative showed up to the house and immediately tried to up sell me on extra services. This I am use to. To me this seemed like a bait and switch. I declined several times because the carpet had been cleaned just before thanksgiving an did not require all he wanted to sell me. He asked if I had cash. (that made me feel very uncomfortable) I told him I would right a check for the extra cleaning of a recliner chair. He was rude and continuously talk over me. When he finally realized all I wanted was the basic steam cleaning he said he would get started. He went to his truck to get started, he come to the door and said he had to get gas for truck and would be back in 10 minutes. When I called 1st USA CARPET CLEANING to find out where this guy was the manager was very rude and hung up the phone. I called 10 minutes later and the manger said he was trying to call the cleaner and again was rude. The third call yielded the same reaction. About 2 hours later Mo the owner called and said he would send the guy back to do the job. I declined, he offered to do my whole house for free if I didn't post my disgust with my experience. I called Adobe Carpet cleaner http://www.phoenixcarpetcleaningcompany.net/ Phoenix and they come to my rescue! Adobe did a wonderful job and I am very grateful. They saved the day. I also will be contacting the BBB with regard to 1st USA CARPET CLEANING. http://firstusacarpetcleaning.com/aboutus.html. don't place your confidence in people that will try to rip you off.
