  • I would recommend Phil to anyone looking to get a mortgage! Phil is amazing! I came to him after a bank made some unfortunate mistakes with our loan and we missed our closing. Luckily, we didn't lose the house because Phil promised the seller he could get the loan done quickly. And that he did! Not only was he quick, but he was professional and courteous throughout the process. Whether by phone, email, or text Phil was readily available for any reason. He answered the phone every time I called! No voice message or phone tag games with him. Phil delivered great customer service. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every document I signed. Not only was he a real professional, but he is a nice guy and easy to work with.
