| - We purchased a 2014 Maxima here last February, and I truly felt that it was a shady deal. Items were not disclosed properly, and after the entire experience, I felt used and dirty. Things were definitely not on the up and up, but of course, it is such a shell game, I would be hard pressed to say exactly how. Regardless, I have brought my car in to the service department twice for oil changes, and both times I was back within a week with problems. This most recent time, three days after an oil change and tire rotation, my car wouldn't start. After getting a jump from my uncle, he told me that the connections were loose. The service department told me that there was "absolutely no connection" between the oil change and the battery and I would just have to deal with it. Ben definitely had an attitude and was not helpful; I felt as though we were inconveniencing him. We will not be returning to ABC Nissan.
