  • While the food and pastries are pretty good, the customer service needs a lot of work! My friends and I walked in on a weekend looking to try their pastries and lunch specials. When I got up to the counter, I immediately note the unwelcoming look on the cashier's face. This was my first time here, so I asked a question to clarify the lunch special and the woman just looked at me and says "ok so what do you want." She completely ignored my question so I just decide to order. I then ask what the soups are, since this is my first time here and I am unfamiliar with the place and the menu. She looks upset that she has to point over to a separate menu hanging on a different wall. I am polite the entire time and just try to go with the flow. The food was good - nothing amazing. But the customer service is enough to make you question coming back. Ironic because they have a "hate has no place here" sign hanging outside their window.
