  • From the moment we walked in, we were told to seat ourselves at a table that was still dirty. The person that cleaned it didn't do such a hot job and never stocked the soup spoons or chopsticks. When we were seated the waitress came and took our order and within 5 minutes we had our pho. The pho was delicious, I can't complain about that but the service was awful. No one came to check on us throughout our meal, no one came to fill up our drinks or even give us napkins. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get someone's attention, when the guy came over I asked for two to-go containers and the check, the guy said ok and disappeared. Just to see him helping others and ignoring us....it was an additional 20 minutes until the waitress who helped us in the beginning came back and checked on us!!! Seriously!? She asked if we wanted water and if we were okay, an hour after she took our order...it's not a big place, it was a normal busy but come on! It's sad cause the food was good but customer service goes a long way.
