The husband and I decided to have a movie and dinner on a Saturday afternoon (2/15/14). We ate at Firebirds and walked to AMC and waited in a short but rumbustious line. However, it was odd that the workers behind the ticket window greet us or even call for the next person in line. Instead, we just walked up to an opening and asked for two tickets. The young, female worker did not say Hello, did not ask is if she could help and did not say one word but the total of the tickets. She didn't even ask us if we wanted to use our AMC card nor said Thank You as we left. It was our first time there and we were dumbfounded with the experience at the ticket window. All we wanted was a Hello or a smile. That ruined the first experience.
