  • This place was my second favorite place to eat while staying at the Rio Hotel/Casino. They had great service and pretty fast food. It was all made fresh to order unlike most of the places here. They also have a little board on the side with hand written specials. Please note their specials change daily. if you aren't aware, Ph or pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles called bánh ph, a few herbs, and meat, primarily served with either beef or chicken. This restaurant also had a great spring roll option. The only down side about this place, would have to be the small bowls they use to go. Other than that, all is good. I recommend the Pad Thai spicy.
