I could not find the address for Boutique Teacup Puppies on their website so I sent them an email requesting directions. The only address provided on the website is for the purpose of verifying that they are a legitimate business. I was told that I will only get the address once I put down a very large deposit. I asked if I would get my deposit back if I did not connect with a pup and the owner responded stating that they would know that they had a puppy that interested me. I took this as meaning I would not get my deposit back if I did not see a pup that I wanted. Their cheapest Maltese at this time is $6500.00 and the most expensive is $9500.00. Why in the world do they think this practice is ok?
This is what happens when someone feels they have the monopoly. My rating is for the way they do business not the quality of the pups. I have never seen the pups.....because they will not let me without taking a lot of money from me that I will never see again....or at least that is the impression I got from the owner's email resposne.
