  • Very disappointed. My kids did extra chores to earn money to purchase a gift card for me which I used last week. I purchased the top tier wash being offered and I am very disappointed at the complete lack of attention to detail. 1. Windshield interior looks like it was wiped with a dry paper towel 2. Console armrest not vacuumed 3. I had to ask for someone to work to remove tree sap from trunk and areas surrounding windows 4. Trunk was not opened and vacuumed (seriously? this is the easiest part of the car wash) 5. Interior of doors and other surfaces were not touched 6. And on and on and on. If you look at my ratings, you will see that I rarely call out a business and would rather praise those that provide quality service. However, the quality of this car wash was less than I'd expect from a low-end gas station car wash.
