  • UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW! I just received a call from my tenants and the pipe in the ceiling is leaking again and they can actually see it where it is leaking from but the plumber who came out couldn't seem to figure this out...WOW! HORRIBLE! This company was sent out to my rental property via my home warranty company, Fidelity, to repair a leak (my tenants sent me a picture of the water damage in the ceiling). The tech left, closed the ticket and said there wasn't a leak! I called my tenants and they said he stood on a ladder and looked in the attic with the flashlight of his cell phone, claiming he didn't see any leaks. Really?! The ceiling would not have been wet if something wasn't leaking. I called Veterans and the dispatch was totally rude telling me the tech did the service and didn't find a leak. I explained to her that looking from a ladder with a cell phone is not the proper way to inspect for a leak! Long story short, had to call Fidelity back to have another company come out. If I could have given this company ZERO stars, I would have! I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB. The tech and dispatch were completely rude!
