  • Called. Explained the problem and that I could do it myself but was having a medical Emergency and needed to get my tenant a working toilet. I got a call later that said they wanted 2500.00 to jack up the floor and replace some pipe and a new toilet flange. I negotiated them down to 1800 and then they said "we need a credit card before the jackhammer touches the concrete" I said forget it I will do it myself tomorrow. Then he said you owe me 70.00 for pulling the toilet. BTW roto rooter gives free estimates ! dug in today. Took Me two hours. Repaired the pipe w a new flange and put in a new toilet. 125.00!!!
