1. Fruits. Be warned! Fruits such as strawberries, blueberries etc. occasionally have mold and fungus. I do my utmost to verify that there is none at the time of purchase. Nevertheless, 3-4 days after purchase and having kept in refrigerator, a few of the berries invariably develop fungus. Advice: Take a good look at the time of purchase and don't buy more than what you and your family can consume in 3-4 days.
2. Rudy rude...In general some of the staff is quite rude, but the cake goes to one senior lady in the returns department who is not only rude, but is also sometimes confidently wrong. I bought an item in US and was trying to return here. The lady returned me a significantly lower amount. I protested that the amount was in correct so she showed me the price of a different product and barked: do you want to take your money or not?!
3. Packers! Hard to spot. Be ready to pack stuff yourself and if you are slow, be ready to hear a curt word or two from the cashier to do it quick.
Overall very poor.
But but but...I'll still go there as it's the closest to home and Costco does come out to be a good deal in the long run.
