  • This salon is a joke. Came in for a pedicure and waited 40 minutes. I didn't have an appointment so I decided to wait. When they finally took me back to the pedicure bowls the water was ice cold and when I asked if she could warm it up she emptied the bowl and refilled it with what I would call tepid water at best. I was waiting for the technician to return to ask for yet another warm up, but she was too occupied with another customer. I waited as patiently as I could for 18 minutes, finally gave up and left. This place has zero customer service skills and is clearly not concerned with repeat customers. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!
