  • This review is strictly about the drive thru pharmacy because they clearly do not have their act together. I've had the "pleasure" of sitting in line for 30+ minutes with just 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru pharmacy line, three times now. The reason this happens is because the person who is supposed to man the drive thru section frequently leaves to ring up people inside, despite there being someone else to cover the indoor patrons. Therefore, an outside transaction that should take no longer than 5 minutes per car, now takes over 10 minutes per car because there is no one at the window to assist the outside patrons. This last incident I complained about the amount of time it took per car to the pharmacy tech, and was given a shrug as a valid reason for leaving her post. The staff clearly doesn't care about your time, so therefore I do not care to get my prescriptions filled there anymore. I plan on getting all my scripts transferred to another pharmacy immediately. Do not waste your time getting your prescriptions there, because that is what they'll do....waste yours.
