  • It is incredible reading other reviews on this place. There is mention of pushy sales associates, and over eager employees but my experience has been the COMPLETE opposite. I rarely ever right reviews but I just had to for this Colleen's location. I have been to this location now twice, and will never be back. Each time I walked in, there has been sales associates right behind the desk but they choose to not greet or acknowledge me. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time because no one or store is perfect. I am in customer service myself so I did not want to make a judgement call on one visit. I chose to go back and when I did it was the same story. I was in looking for furniture for my place and was ready to have some fun and pick up some pieces, but I refuse to beg anyone for service. The worst part was when an employee walked up to a couple that was right next to me addressed them and asked if they needed help. It was honestly like I did not exist. I couldn't believe it. I am so very disappointed with my experiences and can only hope that they change their attitude for the better.
